The Parade, Watford (events space, next to the pond)

Working out on your own is great, but working out with others with a friendly instructor pushing you to your limits is way more fun and far more motivating! But don’t just take our word for it, head to The Parade on Saturday 25th September and join in with any of our completely free Wellness Week outdoor group exercise classes with no sign up required. Anyone want to take on the challenge of completing all four classes?

Kickstart your Saturday with a Legs, Bums & Tums class led by Watford Central Leisure Centre. This is a full body aerobic workout designed to focus on these 3 key areas. Bring your step and exercise mat if you have one!

Next up is ‘NRGised’ - a full body workout which involves working with a kettlebell and your own body weight. Cardio and weights all in one led by NRG gym.

Fitness4Less brings you: “Bootcamp”. Expect intense cardio blasts to get the fat melting and muscles burning!

And finish off with a Zumba class containing Latin music, dance moves and interval training from Fitness4Less.

What do I need to bring?

  • Exercise mat (we will provide mats, but if you have your own, then please bring it!)
  • Water
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm!
