Dinosaurs will roar into Atria Watford this October Half Term!

There is one event not to be missed this autumn – and that’s Atria Watford ‘Dino Event’ extravaganza.

Opening on Saturday 16 October, as the October Half Term kicks off, it is set to be the most roar-some event of the year as shoppers take a step back in time to come face-to-face with life-sized creatures.

The fierce and ferocious pre-historic animals – including a Pteranodon, Amargasaurus, Dilophosaurus, Velociraptors, Stegosaurus and Allosaurus – will be taking over Atria Watford to bring the thrills and excitement of the Jurassic period to the centre.

The event of the autumn, which is completely free for all, will invite shoppers to follow the trail and spot the many life-like monsters. Pick up a map from the merchandise stand, located on the lower mall outside Flying Tiger Copenhagen, and think like an adventurer to follow the trail. You can even text the Dinosaurs a question, learn some dino-facts and create the perfect family-fun photo!

With moving parts and interactive dino rides, plus a merchandise shop, Atria Watford’s dinosaur takeover is the place to be from 16 October until 31 October.

Vicki Costello, Centre Director at Atria Watford, said: “This event is going to be bigger and better than you can even begin to imagine – it’ll be absolute dino-mite! We can’t wait to welcome you for exploration, excitement and education. It’s going to blow our visitors’ socks off!”

The colossal dinosaurs and super-fun children’s rides will be located around Atria Watford for the duration of the October Half Term (including Halloween!).

More details of the event will be revealed nearer the time.
